MORE THAN ONE TOOL

Which platforms can I connect?
Start with the Channels screen: it shows which platforms are available to connect and the setup steps for each. Destinations include networks such as Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord and Telegram, plus publishing tools such as WordPress and Ghost. Availability depends on server configuration, platform approval and your account’s permissions.
Can I prepare one post for several channels?
Choose the connected destinations for a shared post, add text and a link, then switch the preview between channels. Social shows channel-specific text counters and checks platform requirements before scheduling. Blog destinations also use a headline; the other selected channels ignore that field.
What happens after I schedule a post?
A successfully saved schedule joins the server’s publishing queue with its chosen time and timezone. You can close the page and return to its status later. Delivery still depends on an active channel connection, platform requirements and the network’s response; scheduling is not a guarantee of publication at an exact second.
How can I organize a busy content calendar?
Switch between month, week, day and list views. Narrow the calendar by channel, status, content type or author, and search post text, tags or destination names. Selecting a calendar day opens a new post with a time on that day already filled in.
How does brand voice work?
Create a named voice from at least three writing samples totaling at least 200 words. Social shows its readiness and measured writing patterns. With a ready default voice and an available AI service, rewrite your brief for the channel being previewed. The result stays editable and is not published until you schedule it.
What if only some channels publish successfully?
Each destination has its own result. Open post details to read reported failure reasons, then use Edit post or Publish now where offered. The Needs attention queue brings together failed, partly failed and overdue scheduled posts so you can decide what needs a follow-up.
Which analytics can I review?
Review engagement reported by supported networks, compare available metrics with the previous period and inspect top posts. Timing insights appear when there is enough measured history. A dash means a metric was not reported. Reach, impressions and audience demographics are not included; CSV export is available for the workspace’s analytics.
Are channels and posts shared with my workspace?
Yes. Connections, posts and brand voices belong to the current workspace, so switching workspaces changes the publishing context. Calendar author filters help you find a teammate’s posts. The module provides shared publishing visibility; it does not include an editorial approval workflow.
Do I need a separate account for each service?
No. Your AppStruct account gives you one place to access the services in your dashboard. See the pricing page for current plans and limits. View pricing →
