A CLEAR HOME FOR EACH TEAM
Create a named workspace for your team and choose the context you want to work in. Keep the people and tools for that workspace within reach as the project takes shape.
Switching workspaces changes the working context. It does not move or copy your content into another workspace.
A place for the studio’s project work.
2 example workspaces shown.
Fictional teams and work items. This demo does not change your selected workspace or its membership.
FROM WORKING NUMBERS TO A CLEARER STORY
Link a Sheets range into a document or presentation when the numbers belong in the story. Review the source and refresh a linked object when you want to bring its snapshot up to date.
Change a sample value, then update a destination.
This destination matches the current example source values.
Explore DocsLocal sample values only. Each destination keeps its own snapshot until you update it; no real file is changed.
Insert supported Drive file references or image copies into Docs when they help explain the work.
Use a linked object when you need a refreshable source, or an export when you need a separate file.
Check the numbers, the selected range and the snapshot your audience will actually see.
MAKE THE HANDOFF FIT THE AUDIENCE
Invite teammates to a workspace by address, then review the sharing settings of the tool and file you are using. A shared working draft and a published reading copy serve different purposes.
These examples describe connected Docs. Sharing options and access boundaries differ across products.
An existing private Docs document can limit access to its creator and explicitly shared people in the same workspace.
Sharing with a named account requires that person to be an existing AppStruct user and an active member of the same workspace.
These are audience examples, not visibility controls. This demo never changes permissions or publishes a document.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT KIND OF CONVERSATION
Keep everyday discussion in Chat, use Meet for a live conversation and turn to Calendar when you need to plan the time. Give each part of coordination a clear home.
Use channels, threads and shared context to keep an ongoing project conversation readable.
Explore ChatPublic workspace channels and private conversations have different membership rules.
Prepared context only. No message is sent, meeting started or booking made on this page.
WHEN THE PROJECT REACHES FURTHER
A relationship, a publishing plan and a website review ask different questions. Use a dedicated tool for each, while keeping them within the same AppStruct account.
Each service has its own data, access settings and connection requirements. Plan the handoff around the tools involved.
Explore assistant connections for Docs, Sheets and SlidesOrganize contacts, companies and deals, then record the notes and next steps that make the next conversation more useful.
CRM records and activity history have their own workspace and access rules.
Explore CRMFictional work items. Switching this example does not transfer data between products.

The no-code builder you know. A whole workspace to discover.
Workspace brings together Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Board, Meet, Calendar, Chat, CRM, Social and SEO in the dashboard. App Builder sits alongside them for creating your own apps. Start with the tools your work needs and move between them from the shared navigation; each product has its own features and access requirements.
Create a named workspace or join one you have been invited to, then use the workspace switcher to choose where you work. Switching changes the active workspace context; it does not move or copy your files into another workspace. Check the selected workspace before creating content or inviting a teammate.
Owners and admins can open Members & access and invite a person by email address. The invitation appears in the recipient’s signed-in workspace switcher, where they can join or decline. New invitations join as Members. Pending invitations stay separate from active people, and resource-level sharing still determines which individual content a person can access.
No. Workspace membership and individual resource access are separate. Existing private documents and workspace-visible documents can have different audiences; individual shares do not reduce access already granted by workspace visibility. Where the publication service is available, Docs can provide a separate public reading snapshot. Check the file’s actual access and republishing settings before sharing it.
Yes. Supported linked objects let you use a Sheets range in Docs or Slides. Choose the source workbook and range, then use the relevant Update controls to refresh the linked result when the source changes. This is an explicit connection to selected data, rather than automatic synchronization of every file or field across the workspace.
Use Chat channels, direct messages and threads for discussions, Calendar for availability and booking, and Meet for signed-in browser meetings. Share the relevant links as you coordinate the work. Meet needs an available meeting service; camera and microphone access need browser permission. Calendar location labels do not automatically create a video room. Start a room separately and share its invitation when needed.
Use CRM for customer records and sales work, Social for connected-channel publishing, and SEO for site reviews and available search evidence. Each has its own setup: channel permissions, configured services, data sources and usage limits can affect what is available. Moving between these tools does not automatically attribute a social post or website visit to a CRM deal.
Saving depends on the product. Editors such as Docs, Sheets, Slides and Board keep browser data and support account synchronization when the service is connected; check their save status before switching devices. Server-backed features such as chat messages and scheduled social publishing require a working connection to save. A local change is not proof that a cloud save has completed.
