A HOME FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT
Bring the folder. Keep the structure.
Your project already has a shape. Bring files and nested folders into Drive, then make the important things easy to spot.
- Start with what you already have. Upload files or a whole folder without rebuilding its structure.
- Make it feel organized. Group materials by project, add folder colors, and star the things you use most.
- Work in your own view. Switch between grid and list, or jump into recent and starred files.
LESS HUNTING. MORE FINDING.
The right file,
without the detour.
A name is a good start. File type, owner and modified-date filters help you narrow the field when your project grows.

LOOK BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
The right file starts with a closer look.
Preview images, PDFs, video, audio and text in Drive. Check what you need, then keep moving.
Get the visual context.
Open images in Drive, zoom in on the details, and rotate the view when you need to.
Preview support depends on the file format and your browser. Office documents are available to download.

MORE CONTEXT. FEWER LOOSE ENDS.
Keep the story
with the file.
A file is more useful when the details come with it. Keep descriptions, comments and recorded activity close to your work.
A place for the details.
Leave a comment or a description so the next step has context.
A way back to earlier work.
Upload a replacement, keep earlier versions, and restore a previous upload when you need it.
A launch brief for the next campaign. Keep the message, materials and decisions together.
Perfect. I’ll use this version for the creative review.

MORE THAN ONE TOOL
Good work connects.
Your files, ideas, conversations and customers. Find their next home in AppStruct.
Can I upload an entire folder?
Yes. Choose Folder upload to bring in a folder with its nested structure, so project materials arrive already organized.
Which files can I preview?
Preview images and PDFs, play supported video and audio, and preview text or code files. Download Office documents and other formats to open them in their own apps.
Can I return to an earlier file version?
Yes. Upload a replacement through Version history, then restore a saved revision when needed. Drive keeps up to 20 previous versions and preserves your current file as a version when you restore.
How do I hand off a folder or several files?
Select the files or folder and download them as one ZIP archive. Folder structure is preserved, so you can send the complete package through the channel you prefer.
Can I recover something I moved to Trash?
Yes. Open Trash, select a file or folder, and choose Restore. Items deleted permanently or removed with Empty trash can no longer be restored in Drive.
What is the maximum file size?
Each file can be up to 50 MB (50,000,000 bytes). The same limit applies when you upload a new version of an existing file.
Where are my files saved?
Drive saves files in this browser. When cloud sync is available and connected, it also syncs with your account. Check the save status in Drive and keep a separate copy of important files.
Do I need a separate account for each service?
No. Your AppStruct account gives you one place to access the services in your dashboard. See the pricing page for current plans and limits. View pricing →
