Google Calendar integration (Google API Services)AppStruct offers an optional scheduling feature ("Calendar") that can connect to your Google Calendar. If you choose to connect it, we ask for your consent through Google OAuth and request only the minimum access the feature needs:
• See and edit events on your Google calendars (scope .../auth/calendar.events) — so meetings that are booked, rescheduled, or canceled through AppStruct are created, updated, and removed on your calendar.
• See your calendars’ busy times (scope .../auth/calendar.readonly) — so we can hide times you are already busy and prevent double-booking.
We access this Google user data only while providing the Calendar feature and only at your request. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to read your busy times and to create, update, or delete events for meetings booked through AppStruct. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to any third party except as necessary to provide this feature to you or as required by law.
AppStruct’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time from Dashboard → Calendar → Availability → Disconnect, which revokes AppStruct’s access and deletes the stored tokens. You may also review or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
