CONNECT THE CALENDAR YOU ALREADY USE

Keep Google Calendar in the picture.

Connect your Google account to bring primary-calendar busy times into your host booking preview. With sync enabled, confirmed AppStruct bookings can also be sent to Google.

Review busy time

See how imported Google events affect the times shown in your host preview.

Send booking updates

The connection can pass new bookings, reschedules, and cancellations to Google.

Google busy times currently affect the host preview, not the public booking page. Authorize the connection to read busy time; enable sync to send booking updates. This is not full two-way calendar sync.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Still have a question? Talk to us

Can I offer different kinds of meetings?

Yes. Give each event type its own name, duration, description, and location. Share your general booking page or a link to a specific event type, and pause event types when you are not accepting bookings.

Do invitees need an AppStruct account?

No. Invitees choose a meeting type and time on your public booking page, then enter their name, email, and optional notes. A confirmation appears once the booking is saved.

How do I control when people can book?

Set weekly hours in your schedule’s time zone, with separate time ranges for breaks. Add buffers before and after meetings, minimum notice, and a booking window to control how far ahead people can schedule.

What happens when invitees are in another time zone?

Invitees can choose their time zone in the booking flow. Available slots and the selected meeting time are displayed in that zone, while your weekly availability remains defined in your schedule’s time zone.

What does the Google Calendar connection do?

With Google Calendar connected and sync enabled, confirmed bookings can be added to Google. Google busy-time checks currently apply to the host’s booking preview only.

Can a booking be rescheduled or canceled?

Invitees can use their booking-management link to cancel or choose another available time without signing in. Hosts can cancel bookings from Scheduled. Check the updated confirmation after making a change.

Can invitees add the booking to their calendar?

After confirmation, download an ICS file to add the booking to a calendar app. When you receive a confirmation email, keep it for the meeting details and booking-management link.

Which meeting locations can I use?

Use a phone number, an in-person address, or a custom location. For video calls, choose Custom and paste a meeting link you already have. The AppStruct Meet, Google Meet, and Zoom location labels do not create meeting rooms automatically.

Do I need a separate account for each service?

No. Your AppStruct account gives you one place to access the services in your dashboard. See the pricing page for current plans and limits. View pricing →
